We can coordinate and order inspections/applications to include home inspection, appraisal, termite inspection, well/septic test, home warranty. We have preferred partners everywhere!
We make sure you are in compliance and your broker has all documentation to confirm compliance!
We put your completed documents including ALTAs in Google Drive. All important dates are put into Google Calendar. Your contracts contacts and info is put into your own Google Sheet so you can track your clients, closings, and money made/paid! These are all shared to you so you can easily access your info on the go!
